Coming from Nashville on I-24:

Take Exit 4 (Wilma Rudolph Blvd) and turn RIGHT.  Drive approximately one half mile and take the first LEFT onto Oakland Road (just past Sam's Club).  Follow Oakland Rd for about one mile and turn RIGHT on Terrace Creek Road into the new subdivision (Terraces of Hearthstone).  We are the first Garage Gym on the left.

Coming from Paducah on I-24:

Take Exit 1 (Trenton Rd) and turn RIGHT.  Take Trenton Rd approximately one half mile (past Tiny Town Rd) and turn LEFT on Meriwether Road (right before the High School).  Follow Meriwether Road for about one mile and turn LEFT on Terrace Creek Road into the new subdivision (Terraces of Hearthstone).  We are the first Garage Gym on the left.
