Training Day

With the first set of interested Crossfiter's arriving - we started with the basics...


then moved on to our CWCF Benchmark Workout:
400m run, 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pullups (for time)
Sam - 5:32
Lilly - 5:37
Cathy - 9:59
