CrazyHusband will be across town helping out Brad with CrossFit San Antonio in their Fight Gone Bad III workout. Should be a fun event and it's for a great cause.
Next weekend, CrazyWife and I will be heading to Dallas for the CF nutrition certification to get our Zone dialed in with Robb Wolf. Should be an outstanding event.
Then, finally, we will be heading back to Jimmy Brought and Fort Sam Houston for a Saturday workout on 11 OCT 08. Stay tuned for more info...
